Texmaco's earnings up

JAKARTA (JP): Three companies under the umbrella of the Texmaco Group, PT Polysindo Eka Perkasa, PT Texmaco Perkasa Engineering, and PT Texmaco Jaya, recorded significant increases in revenues and profits in 1994.

Marimutu Sinivasan, the group's chairman, said in a statement yesterday that Polysindo Eka Perkasa's sale revenues rose 21.3 percent to Rp 821.6 billion last year, from Rp 671 billion in 1993, while its net profit increased by 2.81 percent to Rp 108 billion from Rp 105 billion.

PT Texmaco Perkasa Engineering's sale revenues increased by 83.5 percent to Rp 83 billion, from Rp 45 billion, and its net profit by 71 percent to Rp 19.9 billion, from Rp 11.6 billion.

PT Texmaco Jaya recorded a 21.3 percent increase in sales revenues to Rp 314 billion from Rp 259 billion and a 26.9 percent increase in its net profit to Rp 37 billion, from Rp 29 billion. (32)
