Tax office to create program to reduce tax evasion

things have certainly changed over the past 3 or so years. remains to be seen if they can sustain it, especially while other govt depts continue to wallow in the shit of corruption. Immigration Office is getting worse, Manpower is getting worse, police have barely advanced at all since 2003, law courts remain farcical, ... and worst, there is a concerted campaign against the KPK currently in action -- barely covered in the English-language media -- which will impact on KPK programs in many govt depts as well as weakening their credibility.
