TASPEN Reiterates Anti-Gratification Commitment Ahead of Eid al-Fitr
Ahead of Eid al-Fitr 1447 H celebrations, PT TASPEN (Persero) has reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining corporate integrity and clean governance by appealing to all participants, business partners, and company contractors to refrain from giving gifts, hampers, or parcels in any form to TASPEN staff or subsidiary companies.
This step forms part of the company’s efforts to strengthen the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and prevent potential conflicts of interest during the Eid al-Fitr celebrations.
TASPEN’s Corporate Secretary, Henra, emphasised that the policy aligns with the implementation of ISO 37001:2025 Anti-Bribery Management System Standards, which the company has adopted as part of its commitment to strengthening organisational integrity.
“At TASPEN, we remain consistent in building a professional work culture that upholds integrity. Therefore, we request the cooperation of all stakeholders to support the spirit of Zero Gratification by not giving gifts in any form ahead of Eid al-Fitr,” Henra stated in an official statement on Sunday, 15 March 2026.
TASPEN has also invited the public and all stakeholders to play an active role in maintaining a transparent and accountable working environment. This commitment forms part of the implementation of the latest provisions on gratification control as stipulated in Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Regulation Number 1 Year 2026 amending KPK Regulation Number 2 Year 2019 regarding gratification reporting.
The regulation strengthens reporting mechanisms and gratification control to encourage more integrity-based and accountable governance. Should the public discover any TASPEN staff member requesting or accepting gifts or gratification related to their position, reports can be submitted through the Whistleblowing System (WBS) established by the company.
Reports can be submitted through several official channels, including email at [email protected], SMS or WhatsApp at 08111446666, and through the website wbs.taspen.co.id. The company ensures that the identity of all whistleblowers will be kept confidential as a form of protection for reporting parties.
Throughout 2025, TASPEN has implemented various initiatives to strengthen anti-corruption culture and gratification control. These programmes include anti-corruption socialisation for International Anti-Corruption Day (HAKORDIA), Compliance Movie Day activities, socialisation of compliance culture and GCG at head office and branch offices, integrity e-learning programmes, and internal digital campaigns emphasising the implementation of the 5 NO principle: No Bribery, No Kickback, No Gift, No Luxurious Hospitality, and No Conflict of Interest.
Through these various measures, TASPEN hopes for the support of all stakeholders to jointly create a clean and healthy working environment free from corruption, collusion, and nepotism. This effort also aligns with the government’s spirit in realising transparent and integrity-based governance to improve public welfare.
This commitment simultaneously reinforces TASPEN’s role as a centre of excellence in managing social security for state apparatus, with the target of achieving Zero Fraud within the company. Active participation from the public and stakeholders is also considered important to monitor and report any indication of integrity violations.
