Taking action on complaints

In an effort to enhance public services, the Parking Management Agency of the Jakarta administration has opened "Information and Parking Complaints Service," through PO Box 2001 JAT or a hotline at telephone No. 4757416 every day from 8 a.m. till 9 p.m.

Those who give information or complain about parking will receive a prompt reply and all matters will remain confidential.

The agency hopes the public will play a positive role in the initiative so that it can provide customers with the best possible service.
