TEMPO/Swiss-Belhotel to Build Condotel in Balikpapan

TEMPO Interactive, BALIKPAPAN:The Swiss-Belhotel and PT Hasta Kreasimandiri have joined forces to develop a star-rated condotel in Balcony, Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. The 17-storey building overlooking the sea will include a shopping center and playground.

"The Swiss-Belhotel was appointed the manager," Hasta Group CEO Fadjraa Oemar said yesterday.

Oemar is optimistic the project has good prospects and said the condotel would improve economic prospects in the area. Construction will be completed in 2012 and PT PP has been assigned as the technical executive.
