The Supreme Court (MA) inaugurated the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the 2026–2031 period at the MA Building in Jakarta on Wednesday (25/3). During the inauguration, Friderica Widyasari Dewi was appointed as the new Chair of the OJK Board of Commissioners.

She is accompanied by Purnawarman Bekti Sasongko, who holds the position of Deputy Chair as well as Chair of the Ethics Committee. The other members of the Board of Commissioners include Hasan Fawzi as Executive Head of Supervision for Capital Markets, Derivative Finance, and Carbon Exchange, also serving as a member;

Dicky Kartikoyono as Executive Head of Supervision for Business Conduct in Financial Services, Education, and Consumer Protection, also serving as a member; and Adi Budiarso as Executive Head of Supervision for Financial Sector Technology Innovation, Digital Financial Assets, and Crypto Assets, also serving as a member.

In addition, Thomas A.M. Jiwandono was appointed as an ex officio member from Bank Indonesia, and Juda Agung as an ex officio member from the Ministry of Finance.

This inauguration is based on Presidential Decree of the Republic of Indonesia Number 30/P of 2026 dated 17 March 2026, signed by President Prabowo Subianto. The decree stipulates that the term of office begins upon the taking of the oath or promise of office.

The oath-taking was led directly by the Chief Justice of the Republic of Indonesia Supreme Court, Sunarto. In the ceremony, the inaugurated officials expressed their commitment to carrying out their duties honestly, not accepting or giving any promises or rewards in any form, and fulfilling their responsibilities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

They also swore allegiance to the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, as well as carrying out their official mandates with full responsibility.
