Supporting MSMEs to Level Up, Pelita Air Introduces Premium Products at PAS Sky Shop

Pelita Air is strengthening its commitment to elevating MSMEs and enhancing customer experiences through the launch of PAS Sky Shop, an in-flight shopping service (Sales on Board) that collaborates modern lifestyle products with local potential.

Pelita Air’s Commercial Director, Asa Perkasa, explained that PAS Sky Shop offers a curation of exclusive products, ranging from official Pelita Air merchandise and items from renowned brands to standout products from MSMEs mentored by the Pertamina Group.

“PAS Sky Shop is not just a shopping service, but a manifestation of Pelita Air’s commitment to supporting outstanding MSMEs in promoting their best products directly to our customers,” said Asa in his statement on Tuesday, 5 May 2026.

He believes that the presence of this service will serve as a showcase for local products, reaching a broader and more premium market.

Each product in the PAS Sky Shop catalogue is selected based on its relevance to passengers’ needs during flights. For transaction convenience, passengers can make purchases directly using Mastercard and Visa credit cards.

“This service is expected to add a fresh colour to flying while becoming part of our ongoing transformation in service quality,” he stated.

Some of the MSME products that have been exclusively curated include Bali Ayu with natural body and beauty care products from Gianyar, Adabina Scarves with exclusive travel mukena and hijabs, as well as Uwais Craft offering ethnic pouches with distinctive motifs from the Island of the Gods.

Komang Yatik, owner of the Bali Ayu MSME, expressed her pride that her products are featured in the PAS Sky Shop service.

“It is a matter of pride that our products can be present and marketed on Pelita Air flights, especially if our products can be closer to the public and colour the journeys of Pelita Air passengers,” she said.

Through PAS Sky Shop, Pelita Air is transforming air travel into a more meaningful experience, blending flying comfort with tangible support for proud domestic products.
