Snooker trophy offered by PWI
JAKARTA (JP): Twelve of the snooker players currently in training for the SEA Games will compete for a trophy on offer from the Indonesian Journalists Association (PWI) on March 10 and 11.
The nine-ball tournament will be staged on nine-foot international standard tables. The winner will receive Rp 2,200,000 (US$917).
The Indonesian Snooker Association is grooming 30 athletes for the Games, of which 12 are concentrating on the nine-foot tables. (yan)
