Ship Operator Affiliated with Tommy Soeharto (GTSI) Reshuffles Board of Directors

Jakarta – PT GTS Internasional Tbk. (GTSI), an LNG ship transport company affiliated with Tommy Soeharto, has announced a reshuffle of its board of directors and commissioners in accordance with the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) held on 26 February 2026.

Through the Indonesia Stock Exchange disclosure, the company’s shareholders have approved the resignation of I Gusti Ngurah Askhara Danadiputra as Chief Executive Officer and Dira K. Mochtar as Director of the company.

In addition, the company has also honourably dismissed the Board of Commissioners effective from the close of the Extraordinary General Meeting, which comprised Chief Commissioner Setiawan T. Widjojo and Independent Commissioner Suharno.

“Approved the appointment of new members of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of the company, which shall take effect from the close of this Extraordinary General Meeting until the close of the Annual General Meeting of the company held in 2031, without prejudice to the rights of the General Meeting of Shareholders to dismiss them at any time in accordance with the Articles of Association of the company and applicable laws and regulations,” as cited on Monday, 2 March 2026.

Following this announcement, GTSI share price contracted by 2.58 per cent to Rp302 at the close of the first trading session today. Its market capitalisation reached Rp4.78 trillion.
