Sheraton's new director
JAKARTA (JP): ITT Sheraton Asia Pacific, one of the leading international hotel networks and managements, has appointed Lanna Mukim as the director for the company's Jakarta Sales office.
Mukim, previously works at several offices and companies including DHL, PT Hoechst, PT Berca PT Summa Surya and British Embassy, completed her post-education at the IPMI Institute of Management.
The Boston, United States-based ITT Sheraton Corporation, one of the ITT Corporation subsidiaries, currently manages, owns and leases more than 400 properties in 61 countries. The Asia-Pacific division includes 45 properties and about 18,000 rooms. The Asia region has 31 hotels in 31 countries.
There are currently five hotels managed by Sheraton in Indonesia, comprising those in Lampung, Bandung in West Java, Senggigi in Lombok and two others in Bali. Seven other hotels located in Jakarta, Bogor (West Java), Yogyakarta, Solo (Central Java), Surabaya (East Java), Legian (Bali) and Irian Jaya are under construction.(icn)
