Methodologies
Executive Seminars is offering a one-day seminar at the JW
Marriott Jakarta on March 8, 2005 to critically review four
important management methodologies: Six Sigma, Lean Enterprise,

The focus of Balanced Scorecard is on implementing strategy
and measuring results. The others focus on using process
improvement to reduce cost, improve quality, and reduce process
time to better satisfy customer needs. All are currently being
used extensively worldwide to address the challenges of the
global economy.
The seminar is applicable to all service sector and
manufacturing sector business processes, to include supply chain
management, order fulfillment, marketing, product development,
and management/labor relations.
It is intended for executives and staff who are considering
implementing a process improvement program, or who want to know
more about current management thinking. Emphasis is placed on
strengths and weaknesses and whether they are suitable for your
particular company. Guest speakers will reinforce the practical
aspects of implementing these programs.
The inclusive cost is Rp1 million per person.
