Executive Seminars is offering a one-day seminar at the JW
\nMarriott Jakarta on March 8, 2005 to critically review four
\nimportant management methodologies: Six Sigma, Lean Enterprise,
\nReengineering, and Balanced Scorecard.<\/p>\n
The focus of Balanced Scorecard is on implementing strategy
\nand measuring results. The others focus on using process
\nimprovement to reduce cost, improve quality, and reduce process
\ntime to better satisfy customer needs. All are currently being
\nused extensively worldwide to address the challenges of the
\nglobal economy.<\/p>\n
The seminar is applicable to all service sector and
\nmanufacturing sector business processes, to include supply chain
\nmanagement, order fulfillment, marketing, product development,
\nand management\/labor relations.<\/p>\n
