Seminar on antiques rules

JAKARTA (JP): A seminar on government rules and regulations
concerning the purchase and export of Indonesian antiques will be
held at the President Hotel on March 29.

The speakers will come from the Ministry of Education and
Culture. There will be translations in English and Japanese. Each
participant will receive the relevant government booklet in
Indonesian or in an English translation prepared by the Ford
Foundation.

The seminar will be held in conjunction with the "Langka pun
Asri" (Rare and Beautiful) exhibition, which will display nearly
200 old and rare textiles, jewelry and other artifacts in the
lobby of the President Hotel. (hhr)
