SeaBank Records Profit of Rp 678.4 Billion, Driven by Digital Transactions and Customers
PT Bank Seabank Indonesia (SeaBank) recorded a 79% year-on-year growth in net profit to Rp 678.4 billion throughout 2025, from Rp 378.8 billion the previous year. SeaBank Indonesia’s President Director, Sasmaya Tuhuleley, stated in a press release received in Jakarta that the positive performance throughout 2025 reflects the effectiveness of the company’s business strategy amid the growth of the digital banking industry. Looking ahead, Sasmaya said SeaBank Indonesia will continue to maintain this momentum by focusing on innovations in relevant digital services oriented towards customer needs. Furthermore, the company noted that this achievement continues the profitability trend in recent years. Previously, in 2023, profit was recorded at Rp 241.4 billion and in 2022 at Rp 269.2 billion. On the funding side, SeaBank recorded third-party funds (DPK) reaching Rp 34.8 trillion at the end of 2025, reflecting increased public trust in digital banking services. The company also recorded significant growth in the number of customers. As of December 2025, SeaBank has more than 28 million customers, indicating expansion of the user base in the digital finance sector. Meanwhile, the average daily transactions reached more than 12 million transactions with an average fund turnover exceeding Rp 5 trillion per day in December 2025, reflecting high digital economic activity through the banking platform. Sasmaya said the continuously growing number of customers motivates SeaBank to provide the best products and services for customers.
