Satria Nusantara not self-defense
Satria Nusantara not self-defense
From Kompas
I am referring to the article in Kompas (Feb. 17, 1995) about
Beddu Amang, the new Chief of the National Logistics Agency
(Bulog). It said that Beddu likes to play golf and joins an
organization for the art of self-defense.
I would like to make the correction that Satria Nusantara is
not a training center for self-defense. But it is training for
the art of breathing which has some benefits. One of them is that
it can cure illnesses and improve your health. It can also
produce an inner power that is needed for self-defense and can
cure others' illnesses. Other benefits of this exercise are a
strengthening of the sense of friendship and an increase in the
quality of the so-called sixth sense.
It is rightly said that there are ten basic movements involved
in the breathing exercise. It should be understood that this
breathing exercise can be performed by any one who wishes to
maintain good health.
