I am referring to the article in Kompas (Feb. 17, 1995) about
\nBeddu Amang, the new Chief of the National Logistics Agency
\n(Bulog). It said that Beddu likes to play golf and joins an
\norganization for the art of self-defense.<\/p>\n
I would like to make the correction that Satria Nusantara is
\nnot a training center for self-defense. But it is training for
\nthe art of breathing which has some benefits. One of them is that
\nit can cure illnesses and improve your health. It can also
\nproduce an inner power that is needed for self-defense and can
\ncure others' illnesses. Other benefits of this exercise are a
\nstrengthening of the sense of friendship and an increase in the
\nquality of the so-called sixth sense.<\/p>\n
It is rightly said that there are ten basic movements involved
\nin the breathing exercise. It should be understood that this
\nbreathing exercise can be performed by any one who wishes to
\nmaintain good health.<\/p>\n
