Road race to be staged in series

JAKARTA (JP): The organizer of the Gasoli Road Race plans to
stage the race in several series, starting next month. The
decision was made after the success of staging the event at the
Puri Indah circuit, West Jakarta on Sunday.

Director of PT Berline Gasoli Sentra Haryanto Basuki said that
the race will be conducted in four series. The organizer plans to
stage the races in Pemalang, Central Java, next month, in Jakarta
in October, in Surakarta, Central Java in November and the last
race will be in Semarang, Central Java in December.

"Instead of just being the main sponsor we will also field our
racers in each of the events," Haryanto said. (yan)
