PT Asuransi Digital Bersama Tbk (YOII) anticipates potential changes in investment yields following Bank Indonesia’s policy to raise the benchmark rate (BI Rate) by 50 basis points to 5.25 percent on Friday, 22 May 2026. The monetary decision was immediately followed by the company tightening fund management, as disclosed in its financial report concerning new asset placements.

Management explained that portfolio composition, instrument maturities, and risk profile will be decisive in determining the ultimate impact on the corporation’s financial performance. ‘Especially in the placement of new funds that follow market interest rate developments,’ said Rahmat Dwiyanto, Corporate Secretary of PT Asuransi Digital Bersama Tbk (YOII), to Kontan, on Friday (22/5/2026).

Periodic evaluations of capital deployment options are being tightened by YOII, particularly for deposits and bonds, with emphasis on liquidity and asset quality. The portfolio restructuring steps are carried out under the close supervision of the company’s investment committee and the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

‘The company will continue to monitor market conditions and manage its portfolio in a disciplined manner in line with its risk profile and investment policy,’ said Rahmat Dwiyanto. External factors such as exchange rate movements, inflation, financial market volatility, and credit risk are recognised as affecting investment yield projections for the year.

According to the latest financial statements on the company’s official site, YOII reported total investment performance of Rp 155.69 billion as of April 2026. The largest share of the funds allocated by the issuer, which trades under the code YOII, was placed in time deposits amounting to Rp 116 billion and government securities (SBN) of Rp 34.75 billion.
