According to GoTo’s financial statements submitted to the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Wednesday, 11 March 2026, the largest revenue contribution came from delivery services at IDR 5.78 trillion, up 8.1% from the previous year’s IDR 5.34 trillion.

Combined revenue from delivery services and service fees totalled IDR 11.48 trillion, generated by Gojek’s on-demand services business. This represented 63% of GOTO’s total net revenue.

Notably, GoTo received e-commerce service fee revenue of IDR 820 billion throughout the previous year, up 32% from IDR 622 billion in the prior year, derived from Tokopedia’s transaction fee profits.

The company also reduced expenses, with general and administrative expenses declining 10% to IDR 3.99 trillion, and operating support costs also decreasing. As a result, GOTO significantly reduced net losses attributable to the parent entity to IDR 1.19 trillion, a 77% decrease from the previous net loss of IDR 5.15 trillion.

Additionally, operating losses fell 84%, leaving only IDR 378.25 billion compared to the previous year’s operating loss of IDR 2.24 trillion.
