According to disclosure of information from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), based on the monthly registration report of securities holders ended 28 February 2026, controlling shareholding remains dominated by the major shareholders, namely Otto Toto Sugiri, Marina Budiman, and Han Arming Hanafia.

Otto Toto Sugiri, who also serves as President Director of DCII, holds 712,784,905 shares, equivalent to 29.9% of the total company shares.

In the next position is Marina Budiman, who serves as Commissioner, holding 536,505,149 shares or approximately 22.51% ownership.

Meanwhile, conglomerate and Salim Group boss Anthoni Salim owns 265,033,461 shares or 11.12% of total outstanding shares. Entrepreneur Han Arming Hanafia is recorded as controlling 336,352,227 shares or approximately 14.11% of company shares.

Total shareholding of DCII from the four conglomerates is approximately 77.6% of shares. Meanwhile, the portion of shares circulating in the public or free float is recorded at 18.55% or equivalent to 442,168,200 shares. This figure has not changed.
