Jasa Marga Metropolitan Tollroad Regional Division (JMT) has prepared several Rest and Service Areas (TIPs) for road users during the 2026 Iduladha long holiday period. These rest areas are available on several toll roads leading to Bandung and the Puncak area to support travellers’ comfort amid increasing return traffic to Jabodetabek. Road users heading to Bandung and surrounding areas can use TIPs at KM 72, KM 88, and KM 147 on the Cipularang and Padaleunyi Toll Roads. Meanwhile, those travelling to the Puncak area via the Jagorawi Toll Road can use TIPs at KM 10, KM 35, and KM 45. JMT noted that vehicle traffic during the Iduladha long holiday began to be dominated by vehicles returning to Jabodetabek on Thursday (28 May 2026). A total of 164,273 vehicles were recorded returning to Jabodetabek via four toll gates (GTs): Cikupa towards Jakarta, Ciawi 2, Halim, and Cikunir 6. This represents a 13.48% increase compared to the normal traffic volume of 144,754 vehicles. The highest increase was at Cikunir 6 GT, with traffic volume reaching 9,851 vehicles, a 57.34% rise from the normal count of 6,261.
