Recruitment Completed in 3 Days: AI Solution Offers 80 Per Cent Faster Selection

Jakarta — The increasing demand for digital talent is driving companies to accelerate their recruitment processes. However, in practice, the process often consumes considerable time and expense, particularly for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) that lack dedicated recruitment teams.

The average recruitment process is reported to consume up to 150 working hours and costs reaching Rp 11.5 million solely for sorting CVs and conducting candidate interviews.

Valencia Gabriella, CEO & Founder of TalentGO.AI, said the initiative stemmed from personal experience. “The journey of TalentGO.AI began from a personal concern I had since 2020. According to Valencia, the recruitment problem is not merely about finding candidates, but rather about administrative processes that are still conducted manually. In many cases, the recruitment burden falls to business owners or operational teams, who must divide their focus between running business operations and screening incoming applications.

Frequently, hundreds of CVs must be reviewed in a short time, yet the results may not align with position requirements.

“Launching in 2025 and supported by AI technology, we have reduced the slow recruitment process to 6 times faster,” Valencia said.

Through an approach called AI Virtual HR, TalentGO.AI’s system is designed to help recruiters accelerate the selection process by up to 80 per cent. The technology used does not merely match keywords, but reads patterns and context from candidate CVs.

Candidates are then ranked based on their level of fit and qualifications relative to position requirements.
