The Rawamangun bus terminal in East Jakarta has become even
more chaotic. As a regular commuter I am very concerned over the
present situation in the terminal. Designed for city buses, it
now also takes intercity buses. The problem worsens as more and
more space is taken up by people parking their cars while they
wait for arriving families. Taxis are also allowed to drop off
and pick up passengers inside the terminal.

On the other hand public buses are, strangely enough,
sometimes not allowed to enter the terminal and have to drop off
passengers outside the terminal.

In order to restore public order I hope the authorities pay
close attention to the prevailing situation in that particular
terminal.
