PT Raharja Energi Cepu Tbk (RATU) recorded very strong investor interest during the bookbuilding process for the Public Offering of Raharja Energi Cepu Bond I Year 2026 and Sukuk Wakalah I Raharja Energi Cepu Year 2026. Total investor demand reached approximately Rp5.46 trillion, or around 6.8 times the issuance target of Rp800 billion.

Demand for Raharja Energi Cepu Bond I Year 2026 was recorded at approximately Rp2.58 trillion, or 8.61 times the Rp300 billion target. Meanwhile, demand for Sukuk Wakalah I Raharja Energi Cepu Year 2026 reached approximately Rp2.88 trillion, or 5.76 times the Rp500 billion target, reflecting high investor confidence in the company’s performance and long-term prospects.

The company’s Director, Adrian Hartadi, stated that this oversubscription achievement not only reflects high investor interest but also serves as an indicator of market confidence in the company’s business model and fundamentals.

“The company will manage the funds from this issuance prudently and continue to strengthen its energy asset portfolio to support sustainable long-term growth,” Adrian explained in an official statement on Friday (27/3/2026).

In the final structure, the company set the bond issuance at Rp300 billion, consisting of a five-year tenor with a coupon of 7.95% and a seven-year tenor with a coupon of 8.50%. Meanwhile, the Sukuk Wakalah was issued at Rp500 billion with five-year and seven-year tenors, with wakalah yields of 7.95% and 8.50% per year, respectively, paid quarterly.

The funds obtained from this issuance will be used to support the company’s financing needs, including cash calls for asset development in the Jabung and Cepu working areas, as well as refinancing existing bank loan facilities, thereby strengthening the capital structure and supporting the company’s growth strategy in managing its national energy asset portfolio.

In this issuance, the company received a rating of idA (Single A) for the Bond and idA(sy) (Single A Syariah) for the Sukuk Wakalah from PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (PEFINDO).
