Quality conference

JAKARTA (JP): Deputy Governor for People's Welfare R.S. Museno
opened a conference on The Improvement of the Quality of
Companies Performance, held by the city manpower office at city
hall on Tuesday.

A total of 10 companies, including PT Dok & Perkapalan Koja
Bahari, Wisata International Hotel and PT Centex, participated in
the conference.

Museno said the conference was to show the employees' hard
work in solving day-to-day management problems and to see human
resources, which play a big part in improving the quality of
works and products.

"With this conference I hope that other companies will also
join similar conferences to improve their competitiveness,"
Museno said. (yns)
