PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (PT SMI) has channelled financing for 129 Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN) with total commitments reaching Rp125 trillion across 2025. The total value of financed projects reached Rp692 trillion. Aradita Priyanti, PT SMI’s Chief Operating and Financial Officer, said that to date PSN financing is still ongoing in line with the progress of the year’s project pipeline. He said: ‘Regarding PSN, at present SMI has financed 129 PSN projects, with total commitments of Rp125 trillion and project value of Rp692 trillion’ — the remark was made in Jakarta on Tuesday, 3 March 2026. He added that the pipeline movement remains dynamic and subject to field conditions; ‘for this year our pipeline is still moving, we are still watching its development.’ Meanwhile, PT SMI’s President Director, Reynaldi Hermansjah, emphasised the company’s role in supporting the government’s priority agenda, including programs within the Astacita framework. ‘I want to tell media colleagues that five of eight Astacita government programmes have already been financed by us,’ he said. Reynaldi noted that the share of financing for projects within that framework is sizeable, including the National Strategic Projects financed by the company. In addition to project financing, PT SMI also plans to issue bonds in 2026 as part of its funding strategy. Aradita indicated the bond issuance is expected to be in the Rp8–10 trillion range. ‘Regarding the bond issuance plan for 2026, we estimate around Rp8 to Rp10 trillion,’ he explained. Furthermore, Aradita described that debt securities issued on a thematic basis would focus on sustainable financing, and that market response to such instruments has been positive so far. ‘For thematic bonds, we have previously issued, including sustainability bonds. Investor interest remains strong, both from the public and institutional investors. Last year’s issuance received a positive response,’ he asserted.
