PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental Serves 31,000 Vessel Calls Throughout 2025
PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental (PTK) logged more than 31,000 vessel calls in 2025 via its ship agency services, exceeding the RKAP target. The company said the growth was driven by stronger third-party agency and general agency services. Revenue rose 28 percent against the business target, while gross profit increased 141 percent. PTK Operations Director Yudi Wibisono said the achievement was underpinned by strengthened cross-functional coordination, enhanced human resources capabilities, and the implementation of international service standards. ‘Ship agency services are not merely administrative in nature; they also play a role in ensuring smooth mobilisation of energy vessels,’ he said. Operationally, PTK accelerated clearance processes, improved coordination of vessel services, and streamlined port administration. The measures are said to have reduced port dwell time (port time) and lowered vessel sailing costs for customers. The company also expanded its non-captive market by extending international services in Singapore, Malaysia, and the United Arab Emirates. The expansion strengthens PTK’s operational network in the maritime energy logistics sector. Digital transformation remains a key driver of performance. Through the My Pertamina Marine Services (MMS) platform, PTK integrated more than 135 customers with nearly 4,000 digital transactions in 2025. The system is used to speed up the appointment of agents, improve service transparency, and optimise receivables management. PTK says the improved performance of its agency services supports the smooth distribution of national energy, particularly in maintaining timely vessel mobilisation.
