The award was accepted by Lukman Hakim, Director of Digital and Operations at Bank Raya, on Thursday, 9 April 2026, at Parle Senayan, Jakarta.

Throughout 2025, Bank Raya consistently strengthened its commitment to delivering digital innovations relevant to customer needs. This is reflected in the development of more than 111 features in the Raya app, designed to provide convenience, flexibility, and an increasingly optimal banking experience.
On the digital savings side, Bank Raya has introduced various innovations such as the Fitur Saku Bareng, which serves as a solution for communities to manage finances together in a practical and transparent manner, with a member capacity of up to 300 people; the Fitur Uang Saku to assist in managing and monitoring children’s finances from an early age, allowing parents to control children’s spending, monitor, and evaluate their financial habits.
In addition, there is the Digital Debit Visa card, which enables customers to conduct transactions more broadly, both in domestic and international Visa online merchant networks; the Tagih Uang feature as an extension of Saku Bareng, which facilitates communities in managing shared funds with up to 300 members; and QRIS Bisnis and the Kasir feature, expected to make it easier for business actors to monitor QRIS payments in real-time via the Raya app.
These features complement the various transaction features in the Raya app, including QRIS CPM, various billers such as mobile phone top-ups and data packages, electricity token purchases and bill payments, PDAM, multifinance, zakat, credit card payments, internet and cable TV payments, and Virtual Account.
With the introduction of product innovations in the Raya app, Bank Raya utilises big data technology to continuously strengthen its technological foundation in supporting sustainable business growth, thereby enabling Bank Raya to enhance service scalability and accelerate the development and implementation of digital products.
“Looking ahead, we will continue to strengthen our digital capabilities and introduce innovations that can address banking industry challenges and support the growth of Indonesia’s digital economy,” Lukman stated.
