Profit of 10 BRI Subsidiaries Reaches Rp10 Trillion
Jakarta — Ten subsidiaries of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) made a significant contribution to the parent company’s earnings. The combined net profit of all BRI subsidiary entities increased 16.1% year-on-year to Rp10.37 trillion throughout 2025.
Aquarius Rudianto, Director of Networking and Retail Funding at BRI, stated that this achievement contributed 18.2% of the bank’s total consolidated profit. BRI recorded net profit of Rp57.13 trillion throughout 2025.
“As part of the BRIVolution Reignite transformation, BRI is driving new sources of growth through strengthening subsidiary companies within the BRI Group,” Aquarius said during a press conference presenting 2025 financial performance on Thursday (26 February 2026).
The ten BRI subsidiaries are PT Pegadaian, which operates in pawnbroking and micro-financing; PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM), operating in ultra-micro financing; PT Asuransi BRI Life (BRI Life), in the life insurance industry; PT BRI Asuransi Indonesia (BRI Insurance), in general insurance; digital bank PT Bank Raya Indonesia Tbk (AGRO); BRI Finance in the financing industry; PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas (BRIDS) in capital markets and investment; investment manager PT BRI Management Investasi (BRI-MI); venture capital firm BRI Ventures (BVI); and BRI Global Financial Services Co. Ltd, operating in remittance and financing services.
Throughout 2025, BRI recorded consolidated net profit of Rp57.13 trillion, down 5.26% year-on-year from Rp60.30 trillion in 2024.
Breaking down the financial report, BRI’s top-line performance improved. Interest income reached Rp207.78 trillion, up 4.27% year-on-year. Interest expenses rose slightly by 1.2% year-on-year to Rp57.28 trillion. Net interest income and insurance service income rose 5.54% year-on-year to Rp151.8 trillion throughout the previous year.
