President and Cabinet Members Allegedly Late in Submitting 2025 LHKPN Reports

Indonesia Corruption Watch is urging the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) to announce the compliance status of wealth reporting by President Prabowo Subianto and all members of the Merah Putih Cabinet. This call comes after ICW found indications of delays in submitting wealth reports accessed through the State Organiser’s Wealth Report (LHKPN).

A member of ICW’s Advocacy Division, Yassar Aulia, stated that as of today, Wednesday, 1 April 2026, or one day after the 2025 LHKPN reporting deadline on 31 March 2026, Prabowo and his subordinates in the Merah Putih Cabinet are strongly indicated not to have reported their wealth.

“President Prabowo Subianto, 14 ministers, and 12 deputy ministers of the Merah Putih Cabinet are strongly indicated not to have reported or at least to be late in reporting their LHKPN for the 2025 period,” said Yassar in a press release on Wednesday, 1 April 2026.

He explained that the allegation is based on ICW’s investigation of the KPK’s official website, which publishes compliance with LHKPN reporting by state organisers at https://elhkpn.kpk.go.id/.

To reach the conclusion of non-compliance by these state officials, Yassar said, ICW conducted verification and triangulation of information from the KPK’s e-LHKPN site.

On the reporting deadline day and one day after, ICW checked three pages on the e-LHKPN site, including a manual search on the “Announcement of State Organisers’ Wealth” page, the “High Leadership Compliance Monitoring” page, as well as the “WL Not Yet Reported” and “WL Incomplete” pages.

The result was that ICW found that reports from dozens of cabinet members for the 2025 period were not found at all and were explicitly listed by the KPK in the “Not Yet Reported” category.

“If this finding is true, ICW assesses that the president and his assistants potentially violate provisions related to the obligation to report LHKPN on time,” said Yassar.

The provisions on the obligation to report state officials’ wealth are contained in Law No. 18 of 1999 on Clean and Free State Organisers from Corruption, Collusion, and Nepotism (KKN), as well as KPK Regulation No. 7 of 2016 on Procedures for Registration, Announcement, and Examination of State Organisers’ Wealth.

On that basis, ICW urges the KPK to immediately announce the names of Merah Putih Cabinet members who have not or are late in reporting LHKPN. Yassar stated that this is important to ensure the validity of official information from the KPK’s official site, which instead indicates that dozens of ministers and deputy ministers are violating legal provisions.

“If not done, ICW fears that LHKPN reporting could be taken lightly by state organisers as merely an administrative formality,” said Yassar.

Tempo has attempted to seek responses regarding ICW’s findings from Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya, State Secretary Minister Prasetyo Hadi, Head of Government Communication Agency Angga Raka Prabowo, and Presidential Chief of Staff Muhammad Qodari. However, the questions sent by Tempo to them have not yet received a response.
