Tangerang - Fourteen units of the Botanic Villa, a super-premium modern villa concept resulting from the collaboration between Sinar Mas Land and Hongkong Land in NavaPark, BSD City, Serpong, Tangerang, Banten, priced from Rp50 billion to Rp89 billion, have sold out 100 per cent.
