Premium modern villas priced at Rp89 billion in BSD City sell out completely

Tangerang - Fourteen units of the Botanic Villa, a super-premium modern villa concept resulting from the collaboration between Sinar Mas Land and Hongkong Land in NavaPark, BSD City, Serpong, Tangerang, Banten, priced from Rp50 billion to Rp89 billion, have sold out 100 per cent.

“The sale of these luxury homes was completely sold out in less than five months after being launched in October 2025. This confirms the strong demand in the super high-end segment for exclusive premium housing in BSD City,” said Herry Hendarta, Deputy Group CEO for Strategic Development and Assets at Sinar Mas Land, in Tangerang on Tuesday.

He stated that interest and consumer needs for luxury housing products are still the top choice for the super high-end community because they offer a variety of complete, luxurious facilities and are located in an exclusive and strategic area.
