Pramono Visits Students Suspected of Food Poisoning at Duren Sawit Hospital

Governor of DKI Jakarta, Pramono Anung, visited RSKD Duren Sawit in East Jakarta. Pramono checked on the students who were suspected of suffering from food poisoning some time ago.

Observations by detikcom at RSKD Duren Sawit on Saturday (4/4/2026) showed that Pramono arrived around 10:30 WIB. Pramono was wearing a white koko shirt and a black peci cap.

Pramono was welcomed by the Head of the DKI Jakarta Education Office, Nahdiana, and several other officials. Pramono and his entourage then proceeded directly to the inpatient ward to visit the students.

Pramono stated that he had received information that 54 students experienced symptoms of nausea and vomiting after consuming food distributed at school. He said that the students were taken to three hospitals.

“I just received a report from Mrs Head of the Health Department; indeed, three hospitals were used, namely Duren Sawit, Pondok Kopi, and Harun. The total number of victims is 54, with the most at Duren Sawit,” Pramono said at the Muhammadiyah Dakwah Building in Central Jakarta on Saturday (4/4).

After receiving the report, Pramono said he immediately headed to RSKD Duren Sawit to see the condition of the students who were still undergoing treatment.

“Coincidentally, after this, I am going to Duren Sawit Hospital; I want to see it directly,” he said.
