Pertamina adds 779,800 3 kg LPG cylinders for Easter long holiday in East Java

Surabaya (ANTARA) - Pertamina Patra Niaga is increasing the supply of 3 kg LPG gas by around 49% from the average daily distribution, namely 779,800 cylinders, for the entire East Java region specifically for the Easter long holiday from 3-5 April 2026. “This amount is expected to meet the needs of public activities during this long holiday, allowing people to enjoy the long weekend peacefully,” said Area Manager for Communication, Relations & CSR in Jatimbalinus, Ahad Rahedi, in Surabaya on Saturday. Ahad encouraged the public to remain calm and avoid excessive purchases, as energy stocks are safe and sufficient. He advised against panic buying and to purchase wisely according to needs. Pertamina also invited the public to use LPG according to its intended purpose, namely the subsidised kilogram LPG product specifically for underprivileged communities. He assured that Pertamina remains on standby at locations to ensure smooth distribution of fuel and LPG.
