Parking in hospital
Parking in hospital
From Bisnis Indonesia
Recently, I went to Pondok Indah hospital for medical treatment. I was satisfied with the treatment. The trouble started when I wanted to park my car.
Before entering the hospital's premises, they charge a Rp 500 fee for parking, like almost every other place. "Please turn to the left, sir, you may park over there," the friendly parking attendant said.
There are two parking lots in the hospital. One is in front of the hospital and the other is on the left side, as the attendant suggested. What happened there? Many drivers had trouble parking their cars because of the limited space.
After taxiing for some time, I still didn't find any space and got fed up. Then I went back to the gate and said to the attendant: "Don't ask me to go in the parking lot if there is no more place to park. And you shouldn't take the money." I complained.
"OK, get out sir! Take your money back," he said. I really didn't expect that I would get such a rough answer. This is a hospital. Can't they manage a professional parking business? I was the patient, and I didn't need to suffer from stress because the parking was not up to the public's expectations.
