Pangkep Investment Agency Intensifies OSS RBA and Gerapari Licensing Service Socialisation Across 12 Districts
PANGKEP — The Pangkep Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Agency (DPMPTSP) is intensively conducting socialisation on the implementation of OSS RBA and Gerapari across 12 districts in Pangkep Regency. The latest session was held in Balocci District on Friday (16/5).
Gerapari, or Licensing Service Kiosks, is an innovation introduced by DPMPTSP head Sulfida. The initiative is mandated by Government Regulation Number 6 of 2021 and is enshrined in Regent's Regulation Number 32 of 2022 on the delegation of authority.
Sulfida explained that the innovation was designed to bring easier access to licensing services to remote villages, mountainous areas and islands. "By establishing service kiosks, we begin by training reliable operators in every village, sub-district and district, providing socialisation, technical guidance and mentoring," she said.
Sulfida added that the purpose of the Online Single Submission Risk-Based Approach (OSS-RBA) service kiosks is to simplify and accelerate risk-based business licensing processes, thereby boosting investment and economic growth.
"These service kiosks make it easier for business operators to obtain permits appropriate to the risk level of their business activities, whilst providing legal certainty in doing business. There is no longer any need to travel far to the Public Service Centre at the regency level," she explained.
For this socialisation, DPMPTSP partnered with Bank BPD Sulselbar's Pangkep branch. "We partnered with BPD because the public needs business capital to run their enterprises. So we are collaborating with BPD," she explained.
During the socialisation, DPMPTSP emphasised that districts should no longer issue business certificates but instead issue Business Identification Numbers (NIB) in accordance with the regent's circular No.500.16.7.2/40/DPMPTSP.
