P2SP Task Force Resolves 63 Business Obstacle Complaints by April 2026
Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Task Force (Satgas) for Accelerating Strategic Government Programmes (P2SP) has recorded that 63 out of 127 complaints from business actors regarding business and investment obstacles have been resolved as of 22 April 2026.
The Head of the Working Group (Pokja) for Accelerating Implementation of Programmes and Resolving Bottlenecks in the P2SP Task Force, who is also the Deputy for Economic Affairs in the Cabinet Secretariat, Satya Bhakti Parikesit, stated that the complaints were handled through the Debottlenecking Channel as a cross-ministerial and institutional system for resolving obstacles.
“Out of these 127 complaints, 63 have been resolved,” said Satya during the Policy Dialogue session at the Kick Off event for Accelerating Indonesian Intermediation (PINISI) in Jakarta on Monday.
He explained that the Debottlenecking Channel was established to receive, map, validate, and resolve various issues faced by business actors.
From the total complaints, 50 are still in process, while 14 were not processed.
As of 22 April 2026, the complaint resolution rate stands at 56 per cent, with the remaining 44 per cent still under handling.
Based on the type of issues, the majority of complaints relate to business licensing, with 64 complaints or 50 per cent, followed by land and spatial planning with 18 complaints or 14 per cent.
“The complaints we have received so far are nearly 50 per cent related to licensing. Then 14 per cent relate to land and spatial planning,” he said.
Satya stated that other complaints include issues with export-import requirements, energy availability, electricity, and other technical obstacles.
He noted that the Debottlenecking Channel is also designed to ensure that the complaint resolution process for business actors is transparent and can be monitored.
“Business actors who submit complaints through that channel can see the progress of their resolution,” he revealed.
Satya explained that the Debottlenecking Working Group is part of the P2SP Task Force to support economic growth enhancement, established through Presidential Decree No. 4 of 2026.
According to him, the task force is responsible for coordinating policies, conducting supervision and evaluation, and resolving strategic obstacles in the implementation of government programmes.
He added that resolving business obstacles is crucial to strengthen business actors’ confidence and encourage the real sector to move forward.
“Economic growth will not occur if the real sector does not move,” he said.
Satya emphasised that the government will continue to be present to resolve issues faced by business actors, especially those related to the implementation of priority government programmes.
