Optik Tunggal unprofessional

With a big name like Optik Tunggal, one would presume that they are very professional. Well, don't make any conclusions yet, because they are not.

On Friday, Sept. 20, I went to Optik Tunggal in Pasar Baru, with my fiance, to order new lenses for him (Receipt No. 2860). They promised they would be ready on Sunday, Sept. 22. The next day, Sept. 21, I called them and asked what time we could pick them up on Sunday. A salesperson told me that they would be ready at 2 p.m.

My fiance came on Sept. 22 at 3 p.m., only to find that they were not even ready yet! We couldn't understand why they didn't even have the decency to call us and inform us that they was not yet ready.

We gave our mobile phone number on the receipt and it would only have taken one simple call to inform us.

I reported my complaint on Sept. 23 to the manager, Sugiharto. He merely said sorry, shrugging it off. What a very unprofessional attitude!
