OPPO Find X10 Pro Max expected to feature three 200 MP cameras
OPPO is expected to introduce a flagship Find X series in three variants: Find X10, Find X10 Pro, and Find X10 Pro Max. Tech leaker Digital Chat Station (DCS), according to Gizmochina in a report on Saturday (7/3), suggested the Find X10 Pro Max could feature a triple-camera system on the rear. The camera system, according to DCS, includes a 200 MP ultra-wide lens with a sensor of around 1/1.56 inch, much larger than the sensor currently used for ultra-wide cameras on smartphones. DCS did not specify which phone would use the lens, but the emoji included in a Weibo post and followers’ reactions indicate the OPPO Find X10 Pro Max is the device likely to receive it. The informant had previously claimed that OPPO is testing a new 200 MP sensor larger, around 1/1.3 inch. The sensor is said to support technologies called 4×4 Rearranged Pixel Colour Information (RMSC) and Ultra Full Colour Capture (UFCC) designed to improve colour accuracy and dynamic range. The sensor is reportedly produced through a sophisticated manufacturing process aimed at enhancing overall image quality. The Find X10 line is said to include devices that would be among the first to use the forthcoming MediaTek Dimensity 9600 chip. There are no official details about the Find X10 that OPPO has confirmed yet, but the latest leaks suggest the company may be experimenting with an unusual stacked camera system for its next flagship.
