Official! Pertamina Fuel Price List at Petrol Stations, Effective 1 April 2026
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The government has officially decided not to change domestic fuel oil (BBM) prices, whether for non-subsidised or subsidised BBM. This applies to BBM at PT Pertamina (Persero)’s public fuelling stations (SPBU) from 1 April 2026.
Previously, the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), Bahlil Lahadalia, emphasised that the 1 April 2026 prices for both non-subsidised and subsidised BBM would be the same as those in March 2026. He conveyed this during a press conference on the Government’s Policy in Mitigating Risks and Anticipating Global Dynamics, held virtually from South Korea on Tuesday (31/3/2026).
“We would like to inform you regarding the price adjustment. We convey the President’s directive and the meeting’s outcome: there will be no upward or downward adjustment to subsidised BBM prices; they will remain flat at the current prices,” Bahlil stated.
For non-subsidised BBM, Bahlil said, the government, along with Pertamina and other private SPBU operators, is still in discussions. “This means there will be no price adjustment; it will remain the same. I ask the public to rely on information from the government; anything else, I urge us to manage information more intelligently. The goal is to maintain stability,” he advised.
Meanwhile, Pertamina, through Pertamina Patra Niaga, reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring energy availability for the public by following the government’s policy directive of no BBM price adjustments, whether non-subsidised or subsidised.
As a state-owned enterprise in the downstream energy sector, Pertamina Patra Niaga continues to implement various strategic measures to ensure optimal energy distribution across all regions. These efforts are carried out through strengthened coordination and negotiations with suppliers, as well as optimisation of the distribution system to keep supplies secure and available for the public.
Pertamina Patra Niaga also emphasised that it will continue to make maximum efforts in facing existing dynamics, prioritising service reliability and the continuity of national energy distribution.
Corporate Secretary of Pertamina Patra Niaga, Roberth MV Dumatubun, stated that Pertamina Patra Niaga always implements government policies, including in the determination of BBM prices. On the other hand, various strategic efforts are also being undertaken, such as negotiations with suppliers and distribution optimisation, to ensure energy availability remains maintained for the public.
“We also urge the public to use energy wisely according to their needs and not to be influenced by information that could trigger panic buying,” Roberth said.
