No Need for Assistance! Report Nil Annual Tax Return via This Tax App
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) of the Ministry of Finance has officially announced the provision of the Coretax Mobile application via M-Pajak to facilitate the reporting of annual personal income tax notification letters (SPT) for those experiencing difficulties with the Coretax system.
In Announcement No. PENG-29/PJ.09/2026 from the Directorate General of Taxes, this M-Pajak has been modified as a reporting facility for Individual Taxpayers with a Nil Annual SPT status.
“Coretax Mobile/M-Pajak is the mobile version of the DJP’s Coretax system, accessible through the M-Pajak application, which can be used by Taxpayers to fulfil their obligation to report Annual SPTs,” as stated in the DJP announcement, quoted on Wednesday (8/4/2026).
The transformed M-Pajak into Coretax Mobile can be used by Taxpayers meeting the following criteria:
Individual Taxpayers;

submitting Normal Personal Income Tax Annual SPT (not Amendments) with Nil status.
The method of using Coretax Mobile/M-Pajak for reporting Annual SPT is as follows:

A complete guide to the procedure for reporting Annual SPT using Coretax Mobile/M-Pajak can be accessed at the link https://s.kemenkeu.go.id/SPTMpajak.
Coretax Mobile/M-Pajak can only be downloaded from the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS). To prevent fraud impersonating the Directorate General of Taxes, avoid installations via any links or outside the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS).
The Directorate General of Taxes urges Taxpayers to access DJP Coretax services only through the official DJP website or application and to remain vigilant against parties impersonating the Directorate General of Taxes.
“If assistance is needed, Taxpayers can contact Kring Pajak at 1500200 or the nearest tax office,” as stated in the latest DJP announcement.
