New housing complex for executives

JAKARTA (JP): The rapid growth of Indonesia's economy has increased the number of young executives who are in need of houses.

PT Chattra Graha Adhika, a newly established housing developer, is targeting young executives to buy its apartments at Taman Darmawangsa.

President director of the company, Cosmas D. Gozali, said that the housing complex is being built to accommodate an increasing demand for houses in South Jakarta, which are affordable to the young generation.

Cosmas said that the project is expected to be completed in August next year.

He said the town house complex offers both privacy to its tenants, as well as a spacious park (about 830 square meter) in the center of the complex.

Taman Darmawangsa is located on Jl. Darmawangsa, South Jakarta, on a 1,351 square meter plot of land. When completed it will have eight, three-story, town houses.

Judi Wanandi, director of the company, said that the price of a standard town house (180.5 square meter) is US$287,000 each, while the front town houses (198.5 square meter) are priced at $307,000 each. (yns)
