New housing complex for executives<\/p>\n
JAKARTA (JP): The rapid growth of Indonesia's economy has
\nincreased the number of young executives who are in need of
\nhouses.<\/p>\n
PT Chattra Graha Adhika, a newly established housing
\ndeveloper, is targeting young executives to buy its apartments at
\nTaman Darmawangsa.<\/p>\n
President director of the company, Cosmas D. Gozali, said that
\nthe housing complex is being built to accommodate an increasing
\ndemand for houses in South Jakarta, which are affordable to the
\nyoung generation.<\/p>\n
Cosmas said that the project is expected to be completed in
\nAugust next year.<\/p>\n
He said the town house complex offers both privacy to its
\ntenants, as well as a spacious park (about 830 square meter) in
\nthe center of the complex.<\/p>\n
Taman Darmawangsa is located on Jl. Darmawangsa, South
\nJakarta, on a 1,351 square meter plot of land. When completed it
\nwill have eight, three-story, town houses.<\/p>\n
Judi Wanandi, director of the company, said that the price of
\na standard town house (180.5 square meter) is US$287,000 each,
\nwhile the front town houses (198.5 square meter) are priced at
