National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, who also serves as Chairman of the Advisory Board of the All-Indonesia Workers’ Union Confederation (KSPSI), inaugurated members of the KSPSI Advisory Board. A total of five members were inaugurated, including Arsjad Rasjid, Chairman of the Advisory Council of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN).

The inauguration was held during a thanksgiving ceremony at the KSPSI Training Centre in Jatiluhur, Purwakarta, West Java, on Saturday (21 February 2026). The ceremony was witnessed by Manpower Minister Yassierli, KSPSI President Andi Gani Nena Wea, and workers.

The proceedings began with the reading of the decree issued by the Chairman of the KSPSI Advisory Board. The decree established five members of the KSPSI Advisory Board, as follows:

KSPSI Advisory Board Members: - Economics: Arsjad Rasjid - SMEs and Cooperatives: Ferriyady Hartadinata - Law Enforcement: Inspector General Cahyono Wibowo - Organisation: Commissioner General Imam Widodo - Mitigation and Industrial Relations Issues: Commissioner General Yuda Gustawan

General Sigit subsequently handed over the decrees and presented white and blue KSPSI jackets to the five members.

“I extend my congratulations, and this time I must officially announce, in my capacity as KSPSI Advisory Board Chairman, that Mr Arsjad Rasjid has been inaugurated and confirmed as adviser for economics,” said General Sigit.

“Then Mr Ferriyady Hartadinata for cooperatives and SMEs. And Commissioner General Imam Widodo, who will be active in providing support relating to organisational matters and so forth,” he continued.

As Chairman of the KSPSI Advisory Board, General Sigit also assured that the National Police would always be present to support workers’ struggles to obtain their rights within the applicable regulatory framework.

“Then Mr Yuda Gustawan, who will work together with the Manpower Desk to carry out mitigation relating to industrial issues,” General Sigit explained.

“If the mitigation cannot be resolved, I will hand it over to Mr Irhami, so it can be dealt with more swiftly. The same applies to Inspector General Cahyono Wibowo, who will work on a daily basis with both of them, so that legal issues relating to industrial relations and other matters can truly be addressed with greater focus,” he concluded.
