Mulialand's profits up

JAKARTA (JP): Publicly-listed property developer PT Mulialand
reported yesterday that its net profit increased by 26 percent to
Rp 93.9 billion (US$40.2 million) last year.

The company's financial director, Tjahja Sathiadi, said that
the company plans to collect a net profit of Rp 114.5 billion
this year, a 22 percent increase over last year.

Mulialand currently leases 460,000 square meters of retail and
office space at Gedung Lippo Life, Plaza Kuningan, Plaza 89,
Sentra Mulia, Menara Mulia, Gedung BRI II as well as Taman
Anggrek Mall and Condominium. (rid)
