Ministry of Religious Affairs Prepares One Stop Service for 2025 Hajj Pilgrims
Jakarta, CNN Indonesia — Director General of Hajj and Umrah Administration at the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Hilman Latief, has outlined the administrative process that 2025 Hajj pilgrims will undergo upon arriving at their designated embarkation dormitories.
Hilman explained that the Ministry has prepared a One Stop Service (OSS) scheme to verify all administrative requirements for pilgrims.
"The one stop service is a single-window service applied to Hajj pilgrims who have arrived at the Hajj dormitory. The OSS covers health examinations, submission of dormitory entry summons letters (SPMA), and proof of full payment of Hajj administration fees," Hilman said during a meeting with Commission VIII at the Parliamentary Complex in Jakarta on Monday (28/4).
Through the OSS, Hilman said, pilgrims will receive meal cards, room assignments, identity wristbands, passports and visas, flight tickets, and living allowances for their time in the Holy Land.
He said the OSS scheme was implemented with the aim of providing effective and efficient services to pilgrims.
Separately, Hilman explained that the first wave of 2025 Hajj pilgrims will depart between 2 May and 16 May.
"First-wave Hajj pilgrims will depart for Madinah from 2 May to 16 May and will return from Jeddah between 11 June and 20 June 2025," he said.
The second wave of departures will commence immediately after the first wave is completed.
"The second wave will depart for Jeddah from 17 May to 31 May and will return via Madinah from 20 June to 10 July 2025," he said.
