Minister of Basic and Secondary Education Appreciates Best Governance Performance in 2025, Strengthens Governance
Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education (Kemendikdasmen) presented awards to its work units and entities for their achievements in the best governance performance for 2025, while reinforcing a transparent, accountable bureaucracy oriented towards public service.
Minister of Basic and Secondary Education (Mendikdasmen) Abdul Mu’ti emphasised that the accomplishments represent a reflection and evaluation to continuously enhance performance quality moving forward, inviting all ranks to strengthen a RAMAH and SANTUN work culture and promote simpler yet accountable bureaucracy.
“Let us strengthen a more transparent and accountable work culture. We build more efficient and impactful performance. In line with the President’s directives, we are all expected to work with simpler bureaucracy but still able to be accountable for every performance to realise clean government governance,” Mu’ti said in Jakarta on Friday.
He assessed that these achievements are the result of collaboration and shared commitment in building increasingly better governance.
In the Budget Performance Value (NKA) aspect, Kemendikdasmen achieved fourth place nationally, reflecting continuous improvement in budget planning and execution.
Meanwhile, in the Government Performance Accountability System (SAKIP), he noted a significant increase in the number of work entities with the highest rating (AA), from 28 to 48 work entities.
Suharti stated that this achievement demonstrates consistency in applying performance accountability principles within the ministry.
In public information openness, she mentioned that 85 work entities participated in the assessment, with 18 achieving the Informative predicate.
Regarding the development of Integrity Zones, Kemendikdasmen also experienced significant achievement improvements.
Suharti said that of the 48 work entities proposed in 2025, 14 achieved the ZI WBK predicate and five achieved ZI WBBM, an increase compared to the previous year.
“We express thanks to all work units and entities that have strived to improve their performance accountability, maintain the quality of budget planning and execution, and continuously drive sustainable governance improvements,” Suharti said.
For information, Kemendikdasmen received awards in six categories, including Budget Performance Value (NKA), Government Performance Accountability System (SAKIP), Public Information Openness (KIP), Archival Supervision, Goods and Services Procurement, and Integrity Zones towards Corruption-Free Areas and Clean and Serving Bureaucracy Areas (ZI WBK/WBBM).
