Minimum Balance Requirements for Priority Banking Customers at BRI, Mandiri, and BNI
Jakarta — Banks in Indonesia offer a diverse range of savings products that can be utilised by all segments of society. In addition, commercial banks also provide priority customer services, which are extended to customers with certain deposits or account balances, particularly for the upper-middle to high-income segments.
Customers classified as priority members receive exclusive services not available to regular customers. For example, they can access services without queuing and receive special attention from bank officers.
The facilities provided are also more comfortable and luxurious, such as dedicated service lounges with light snacks and refreshments. Furthermore, priority customers can also enjoy easier access to credit application processes, complete with more attractive interest rate offers.
Naturally, the minimum balance requirement for priority customer services varies by bank.
BNI
To become a BNI Emerald priority customer, customers must prepare or possess a minimum balance of Rp 1 billion. Meanwhile, to become a BNI Private customer, the minimum balance is Rp 15 billion.

BRI Priority customers can obtain the BRI Priority Debit Card, which provides comprehensive banking services, including financial planning and investment advice through to retirement fund planning.
