For incoming flights, Etihad Airways EY472 from Abu Dhabi to Jakarta and Qatar Airways QR954 from Doha to Jakarta were reported as cancelled.

Intensive coordination has been conducted with airlines, airport authorities, and other relevant agencies to anticipate various possible operational developments and ensure that standards of safety, security, and service are maintained.

Passenger assistance for affected travellers is being conducted in accordance with applicable procedures, including the cancellation of travel documents at immigration counters and coordination with relevant airlines to arrange accommodation and flight rescheduling.
