Mesmerizing Benhil
Mesmerizing Benhil
From Republika
Crime in Jakarta is becoming rampant. Not only men but women
too are criminals, and they often use hypnotism.
My mother became the victim of such a crime on May 18, 1996 at
Benhil Market, South Jakarta, 10 a.m. A woman said hello and then
told her not to wear ornaments. As my mother took no heed of the
warning, two other women, her conspirators, stood in my mother's
way and convinced her that the first woman was a "wise" person.
Suddenly my mother was hypnotized and did whatever she was told.
The three women then gave my mother magic formulas contained
in a cigarette pack, to keep her valuables and money. But when
later my mother opened it she found some tissue paper and a coin.
At the end of the meeting the three conspirators told my mother
to buy seven different flowers. My mother only regained proper
consciousness when she got home.
Women, be warned!
