Medical doctors unpaid

KUPANG, East Nusa Tenggara: Three of the 200 medical doctors
on duty in the province have not received their salaries since
April, says chairman of the provincial health office Bambang
Purnomo.

He said there was a possibility that the payment documents of
the doctors were scattered somewhere at the Ministry of Health in
Jakarta.

Bambang said the office had written to the ministry, asking
about the whereabouts of documents so that the three doctors
could obtain their salaries. (par)
